The daily rental rate charged will be the rate applicable on the day of extension which may differ from the original rate booked. Multiple Rentals
Consecutive the supplier's rentals can be combined to qualify for a Long Term Discount rate. If a drop off of a vehicle and a pick-up of a new vehicle occur on the same day then a day each will be charged per respective vehicle. Multiple rentals are treated as separate rentals under the one-way fee and minimum rental period conditions.

If the Customer wishes to extend the rental whilst on hire, they must first obtain authorisation from Cruisin by calling 1300 664 485 or +61 3 6248 4789. The extra cost of an extended rental must be paid by the Customer by credit card on confirmation of the rental
extension. Failure to obtain authorisation will result in the renter being charged at the Late Return rate outlined above.

Booking Amendments
Should you desire to make changes to your booking; the booking will be calculated by using either the original rate for the vehicle or the current rate that is available at the time of the booking change depending on whichever rate is higher. There are no exceptions to this rule. The supplier considers the following as booking alterations;
- Change of depot location for vehicle pick up or drop off.
- Change of vehicle category.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). Multiple Rentals
Consecutive the supplier's rentals can be combined to qualify for a Long Term Discount rate. The extra cost of an extended rental must be paid by the Customer by credit card on confirmation of the rental
extension. Failure to obtain authorisation will result in the renter being charged at the Late Return rate outlined above.

Booking Amendments
